Why Croatian Roots exists.
For most applicants the process is opaque: archives in a language they do not read, parish and municipal records with no guidance on where to look, and a Ministry that corresponds in Croatian only. One mistranslated field is grounds for rejection.
Croatian Roots was built to close that gap: eligibility, document sourcing, certified translation and the whole application handled from Zagreb, with Croatian lawyers who specialise in immigration confirming the ground before a case moves.
We take cases that stand up and say so early when a claim cannot be evidenced. Files are prepared here and coordinated with our partner lawyers, never resold to someone else.
